Jonathan Baran is currently a Graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he is studying Medical Instrumentation and Medical Device Development under Dr. John G. Webster. He is planning on graduating with his Masters degree in December 2009. While studying for his Masters degree he is also co-founder of MEDECAL Labs, an organization at the University of Wisconsin focusing on developing medical devices for developing countries. His interests include ultrasound technology, product development, peer collaboration, and new medical technologies.
